Examinations Officer
Northease Manor School is seeking to appoint a part-time Examinations Officer (with the potential to combine the role with a Social Media and Communications Officer vacancy, for the right candidate). This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a specialist SEND setting, managing the internal exams process with a dedicated attitude in supporting young students achieve their aspirations. You will work collaboratively with the SENDCo, Pastoral and Therapy team to ensure reasonable adjustments are in place to enable young people to succeed in their qualifications.

· GCSE/CSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grade C or above · Demonstrate a good working knowledge of various computer software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook · Proven experience of being in a position of responsibility · Ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks · Ability to collate statistical information and data and present both orally and in written reports · Excellent interpersonal skills (sensitivity to the specific needs of our students) · Excellent organisational skills multi-tasking, time management skills and prioritising tasks · Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and Instagram · Desire to learn about new innovations and software · Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

· Experience of working as an Exams Officer · Experience in marketing/social media · Knowledge of Engage software/School information systems · Knowledge of school examination and timetabling requirements · Has worked in a School environment · Experience of the Public Examination System · Up-to-date knowledge of National Examinations Procedures, Practice and Policies · Experience of working with young people
