Northease manor school are looking to recruit an Examinations Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing school at an exciting time.

·         Has worked in a busy office environment

·         Good ICT skills, especially Microsoft Office

·         Proven experience of being in a position of responsibility

·         Ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks

·         Ability to collate statistical information and data and present both orally and in written reports

·         Proven literacy, numeracy and communication skills including being able to respond appropriately to staff, governors, parents, pupils, outside agencies and Local Authorities

·         Good interpersonal skills (sensitivity to the specific needs of our students)

·         Good organisational skills

·         Have a good eye for detail and be able to enter data accurately

 

·         Experience of working as an Exams Officer

·         Experience of using a school Management Information System (especially Engage)

·         Has worked in a School environment

·         Experience of the Public Examination System

·         Up-to-date knowledge of National Examinations Procedures, Practice and Policies

·         Experience of working with young people

·         First Aid at Work Certificate

Salary & Benefits

£21,498 FTE (pro-rata £10,831)
